At Reddy’s Non-Veg Pickles, every product is freshly prepared using premium ingredients and traditional recipes. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following Return & Refund Policy.
1. No Returns on Food Products
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.
2. Eligible for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be provided only in the following situations:
You receive the wrong product.
The product is damaged during transit.
The product package is tampered with before delivery.
The product is spoiled due to shipping-related issues.
3. Reporting an Issue
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved, we will dispatch a new product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery attempts failed due to customer unavailability.
Improper storage or handling after delivery.
Product taste preferences or personal expectations.
Minor variations in color, texture, or spice level, as these are natural characteristics of homemade products.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are prepared or dispatched.
Once the preparation or shipping process has started, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.
