3. Order Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Once an order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible if the preparation or dispatch process has already started.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. While we strive to dispatch every order promptly, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
5. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In rare situations where a product is unavailable, we will inform you and offer an alternative or process a refund if applicable.
6. Returns & Refunds
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product received is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled during transit, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
